iPod Battle Tokyo -GIRLz VS BOYz The Clash- 11.01 (Sat): 2008.10

So by now everyone should know about the infamous IPOD BATTLE TOKYO.

If not, here's a short summary:

You have 2 teams, each person with their own IPOD, battling against their opponent with their favorite song or what they think is the best song to be played during their turn. The WINNER is chosen by the cheer and excitement of the crowd, so it doesn't matter if you're a famous DJ with mad DJ skills...it's the person who can rise the crowd the best!! It's a chance for the 'regular' people to share their music- choosing skills and gives the party people in the crowd a reason to scream their heads off in support.

Since it's the IPOD BATTLE TOKYO's 1st YEAR ANNIVERSARY, we wanted to make it CHAOTIC (in a good way)! This time around, MGK Communication is collaborating with crazy blogger ((http://maisassygirl.blogspot.com/) & party organizer maiちゃん to bring the IPOD BATTLE back to TOKYO. maiちゃん、notorious for her fantabulous Concept Parties "made for & supported by girls" has decided the challengers. It's quite obvious isn't it?! That's right...this time, it's gonna be BOYz vs. GIRLz!!!!

maiちゃんwill be managing the GIRLS team while KENNY, MTV'S popular & super hot VJ will be managing the BOYS team.

Imagine the MAYHEM:

1 RING, 1 REFEREE, 6 GIRLS, 6 BOYS, 12 IPODS, FIGHT!!!!!!

Rule:
★Teams.
GIRLzTeamとBOYzTeamで別れ
各TEAMからの５人が挑戦者となり
マネージャーとしてKENNYとMAIが付く。
★Equipment.
Mixer はリング内に用意されている。.
それぞれのティームの参加者は個人の iPodとHeadphone を持つ。
Laptops は禁止。
★Sound.
音は盛り上がれば自由
（Rock, Techno, Hip Hop, Drum&Bass, J-pop, K-pop, Electro, MINIMAL, JAZZ …etc）
★Match.
格TEAMの先方後方を決め BATTLE開始！
自分のIpodからピックアップしたオススメの1曲をかける。終わる直前に音を落とし相手ティームが自分の曲をかける。同じ事を各ティームの５人が順番にやり合い、
最後にはマネージャーが1曲をかける。

優勝TEAMを決めるのは全試合が終わった直後のクラウド!!（お客さんの声援、拍手と口笛）
MCが手に持つサウンドレベルメーターでそのクラウドの音を計り、数字の大きい方が優勝。
★CHAMPIONとなったTEAMには、栄光なる「東京一のI-PODの主」とこの世の終わりまで騒がれてゆくであろう...
★.One condition: 100% FAIR PLAY !
